• Complete a three-year task in under one year to get two hiring websites designed and launched for the Swift Shop and Internal Departments.

• Worked with driver leaders and trainers to update current trainings for drivers to meetto be a driver for Swift Transportation.

• Task with working with Management Development to create an initiative and video campaign to help college graduates apply to Swift Transportation for career growth.

• Collaborated with IT for a recycling program to collect old electronics and machines that were no longer used, along with various other electronics, by the company to help recuperate thousands of dollars in property.

Program Director

As Program Director and Curriculum Developer for the Graphic Design program at CVTC, I collaborated with various teams and departments to develop new courses that would equip students with practical skills in using Adobe software and working with  real-life clients.

• I managed multiple tasks, projects, and teams to develop the graphic design program, have it approved, and begin the accreditation process. 

• I wrote the majority of the courses to guide students on their path to becoming graphic designers, including a course in which students had to interface with real non-profit clients so they could gain real work experience before graduating.

• Instructed multiple courses and collaborated with other departments to complete the written courses for what we believed would be best for the students. Today, the program is still running and has gone from a single to a double cohort.
